CHICKEN MEDITERRANEAN - chicken breast rubbed with spices and sauteed. Garnished with a delightfully light and flavorable vegetable sauce.  Served on a bed of rice with peas, mushrooms, and onions.

 

GOLDEN FRIED SHRIMP - Large gulf shrimp, fried and lightly breaded and served with cocktail sauce.
